These Terms govern use of chilltranslation.com and all services provided by ChillTranslation S.L., CIF B-76394821, C. Fernandez Castaneyra, 16, 35600 Puerto del Rosario, Las Palmas, Spain.
ChillTranslation S.L. provides professional translation and interpreting services delivered digitally. Services include document translation, website localisation, legal and certified translation, marketing translation, technical translation, and interpreting. No physical products are shipped.
A contract is formed on payment confirmation. Work begins after payment and completion of the intake form. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices are in Euros (EUR). IGIC (Canary Islands indirect tax at 7%) may apply. Payment processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are fixed on confirmation.
Basic package: 3 business days. Standard: 2 business days. Premium: timeline agreed at intake. Express add-on: 24 hours. Timelines run from receipt of complete project files.
Basic: 1 revision round. Standard and Premium: unlimited revisions against the original brief. Style preference changes not included.
All translated output transfers to the client on full payment. ChillTranslation retains the right to use anonymised project descriptions in portfolio unless an NDA is in place.
All project files treated as strictly confidential. Staff and translators operate under confidentiality agreements. NDA available on request.
Spanish law applies. Disputes submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
