Full refund if cancelled before the intake form is returned and files received. Contact hola@chilltranslation.com within 24 hours of payment with your order reference.
Approximately 75% refund if translation has not started. Approximately 40% if translation is 50% complete. No refund once the first draft is delivered.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with specific written feedback. Documented errors against the agreed brief are addressed through revision rounds. If errors cannot be corrected, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Certified seal fees are non-refundable once initiated. Completed consulting hours are non-refundable. Express delivery surcharge is non-refundable once work begins.
